Free Accounts

Due to unforseen problems with the abuse of free accounts, we have been forced
to institute a policy that counteracts this abuse. All new free accounts user accounts must lie under
one of these domains : uncg.edu. This has been done to enforce that each person can possess
only one account. These allowed domains are known to include only one email account per
unique individual. The majority of users that desire an account are known to possess
an email account under one of these domains. We are sorry if you are in the minority that does not
have an account at one of these locations, but we do offer an option...

Paid Accounts

In order to offer an option to individuals that do not have an account under any of our validated
domains, we offer paid accounts. A paid membership is identical to a free membership except any functional
email address is accepted. We have embraced this policy purely to discourage the mass generation of
false accounts from users that possess multiple email accounts.

Current activation charge : $5.00
|

Paid accounts will incur this one time activation charge in order for the account become functional. There are
no periodic fees associated with user accounts. Payments are to be made through our PayPal
account. This is included in the registration wizard.

Account Abuse
|
Account abuse will not be tolerated under ANY circumstances. As we have limited the accounts per user
to ONE, we presume that our users will value their sole account. All users must
abide by the Posting Guidelines. Free accounts and Paid accounts will
be treated identically. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate
any user account. Account discipline will be enforced in the following manner :
- Offense 1 : User will recieve a warning via email.
- Offense 2 : User will be suspended for an indefinite timespan based on the severity of the offense.
- Offense 3+ : User account will be terminated unless a fine of an amount determined by the active moderator will be paid to PartyInCollege.com for the abuse of service.
